The MEA Apostille is a type of authentication on the Indian Certificate for its universal use in all the nations or countries that have signed the Apostille Treaty of the Hague Convention. Now all these Apostille signatory countries have agreed under the Apostille Treaty of The Hague Convention that they will accept and recognize the certificates or documents legalized by Apostille Stamp from any of Hague Convention Countries.

The Apostille Treaty determines the methods through which a certificate or a document issued in one of the signatory Countries of The Hague Convention can be proved as legitimate for legal purposes in all or any of the other signatory member states of the Hague Convention.
